Evaluation of Ultralight Aircraft Production in the Czech Republic

The final bachelor’s thesis analyses the status of Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts to foreign markets and evaluates their production. It describes the history and emergence of ultralight aviation in the Czech Republic and the emergence of the Light Aircraft Association, which administers ultralight aircrafts. The work contains the definition of light aircrafts, both for the Czech Republic and the U.S. and Europe, also includes a catalogue of ultralight aircrafts from Czech producers. There are examples of the development of the largest Czech producers of ultralight aircrafts and also they are compared to their foreign competitors on the U.S. market of Light-sport Aircraft category LSA.

How is mankind grow older, its knowledge about nature, which in it lives, is getting deeper. Unfortunately human brain in itself became short for solving modern problems and we have to help ourselves with computers and modern computerised methods. But computers themselves can not solve the problems. We need to equip them with adequate software. Goal of this work is to compare Octave and Matlab systems in part of compatibility and in the solvings of practical problems.

Miroslava Mayerová Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Art group 12/15 and its place in the second half of the 20th century Czech art Abstract This thesis focuses on the evolution and influence of art group 12/15 on socio-cultural development of society in the second half of the 20th century. The theoretical part encompasses the socio-cultural environment and historical situation before and during the formation of the group, describes its formation, and presents the work of individual group members until their second joint exhibition. The didactic part teaches students the group's activities by utilising concepts used by 12/15. The practical part of the work carries out didactic task and by form of self-assess evaluates its feasibility and usefulness. The work includes historical documents and articles about group.

This BA thesis consists of two parts. The first comprises my translation of five chapters of Nicola Keegan's novel debut Swimming. The second part, analytical one, contains two sections. One deals with the choice and description of the target language register of this translation and the other one with the stylistic analysis of the translation and the justification of the vocabulary used. The analytical part is based largely on the translational theories of Dagmar Knittlová and especially Jiří Levý.

Special Methods of Evidence in Criminal Proceedings - Confrontation, Recognition, Investigative Experiment Abstract The thesis deals with special methods of evidence in criminal proceedings, which are confrontation, line-up, investigative experiment, investigative reconstruction and on-site clearance. These all methods are anchored in Czech Criminal Procedure Code. Introductory part of the thesis describes evolution of special methods of evidence in criminal proceedings and in criminology too. The author discusses differences between procedural action and forensic practice. The thesis also describes legal regulation of the issue in historical context. It focus on face to face confrontation, line-up and investigative experiment. Each part of the thesis contains introduction with definition, then particularities of subject matter, practical use and the most frequent problems in investigation. The parts named line-up and investigative experiment also include a selected case report of these methods of evidence in criminal proceedings. Title of the Diploma's Thesis: Art group 12/15 and its position in the Czech art after year 1989 ABSTRACT: The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the position of the Art Group 12/15 Better Late than never at Czech art scene after the year 1989, with an emphasis on generational changes and postmodern turn. In didactic part, the intention was to establish the awareness of the art group in the minds of students and, based on interdisciplinary ties, to repeat and broaden their knowledge of contexts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on historical, art-historical and social science literature. To illustrate the time, atmosphere and position of Group 12/15 as precisely as possible, semi-structured and unstructured interviews with the group members themselves were used as a methodology. Different challenger , different response? Comparative analysis of Russia's reaction to outside influence in Kazakhstan and Ukraine

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of Russian foreign policy towards Kazakhstan and Ukraine. The actions of the external players, namely the US (NATO), the EU and China are discussed in order to see how these foreign entities can modify Russia's actions in its backyard. The current state of affairs demands a careful examination of Russian foreign policies. As Russia has demonstrated in Georgia, Ukraine, Syria, it is willing to protect its interests at any cost. Thus, it was decided to analyze whether the foreign involvement in Kazakhstan would provoke Russian aggression. The primary aim is to provide a complex examination of Russian involvement in Kazakhstan and Ukraine along with the increasing influence from external players. This thesis is expected to contribute to the existing research on Russian foreign policy by providing an essential background for future researches as well as by presenting previously incomparable cases. This work presents a significant historical background that provides a reader with the in- depth analysis of Russia's relations with Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
